The arrival to the Fortress Peak's Pokemon Center was rather uneventful, though the environment around him was more than enough to keep him occupied. Based on what his extremely excited little sister had told him, it was a marvel...and that it was. So much to see and be fascinated with, Umbrix watched several machines whiz by as he stood along the far edge of the sidewalk next to the Pokemon Center. Figuring he had done enough staring, he walked in through the sliding double doors into a brightly lit and friendly looking room. With a little hesitation by glancing around carefully, Umbrix approached the desk.
A pause. He realized he didn't rehearse what he wanted to say beforehand.
"New...I'd like a Pokemon."
Internally wincing, Umbrix tried to force a smile. How awkward...haha..

The Helm Islands Pokemon Centre seemed rather different than the rusty, metallic, steamy landscape that the city was know for. The Pokemon Centre here was painted bright red and a off white cream colour below. This was something not usually seen within the Helm Islands unless one was royalty or rich. Because of the bright paint, the centre stood out like a sore thumb, making it easily visible from anywhere along the small street it was on. Upon entering some trainers would turn towards the door, while others continued to shop or wait for this pokemon to be healed or groomed. After a few seconds people would return to normal.
Across from the entrance Umbrix came through was a Nurse, one of the Nurse that helped with the Pokemon. A Joy Rank nurse.
"Welcome to our Pokémon Centre. We can heal your Pokémon to perfect health. Shall we heal your Pokémon today?" the Joy Nurse would call out.
As she said this, several steam whistles would blow and a ball would roll out from a tube. A second or two later a buff as can be trained would push by Umbrix and reach his hand over him to grab the ball.
"You looking to FIGHT" he would say putting the ball on his belt.

Umbrix would jump back at the statement of this Trainer and unsheathe his khopesh. Hard training got him into a stance quickly, holding the khopesh along his body. His left hand crossed upwards across his chest to protect it and his hand ended close to his face. Four vials opened to orbit around him in water.
He gave a defensive, glare of scrutiny at the aggressive newcomer, unsure of his intentions. Cautious, little hesitation, he merely observed him carefully.

As soon as the word fight was spoken. Two Helmanian Guard decked out in full armour would come through the door. They just happened to be walking by and heard the word fight. It had been a LONG time since anything of note went down and these two guards were looking to fill their monthly quota before the week came to an end. As if summoned from a spell, the Pokecentre's door would hiss open and the two guard would move inside single file. As they entered, steam would pour out of their tank-like suits of armour and a mechanical sounding voice would hiss from the vents on their helmet.
"THERE WILL BE NO FIGHTING. Not today, not inside the city!" the first guard would speak very loudly.
The second would draw up a large police baton would tap it on the side of their armours leg.
"Both of you should stand down, this is a place of rest and recovery, NOT a place of conflict" The second would say.
After this a large man, wearing a purple asian looking outfit would emerge from the rear of the pokemon centre's desk. He would notice the two guards and then the man with his hand ready to use a weapon. This was the Starter Master. the Starter Master would simply wait for the guards to finish before he spoke up.
